When developing your NDIS plan it is important to think about what you would like to achieve and to set your goals. It is good to make a link between the goals that you set with the support that you receive from your community, family and friends as well as the funded support you receive through the NDIS.

Goal setting essentially focuses on what you would like to achieve within the duration of the plan (12 month period) and sometimes beyond. It enables you to identify steps to achieve your goals. Goals can be varied depending on the individual and may cover vocational, employment, travel, family or community focused aspirations.

The RSB has a team of specialist skilled staff who take the time to listen to your personal story and can tailor a solution to meet your individual needs and set you up for success in achieving your goals and designing the life that you want to live!
